Shipping & Exchange / Cancellation
Our goal is to make the delivery of our products as convenient as possible for you. We have therefore developed the following guidelines according to which we ship the products you purchase.
- Free delivery within Germany.
- Deliveries abroad are subject to a fee of between €15 – €60, depending on the location.
- All transactions are carried out in EUR.
- If your product is in stock, delivery will take place within 3-5 working days. To check the status of your order, you can contact us at +49 (0) 69 292815 or at: info@dennisjuwelen.com
- If your product is custom made or not in stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
- Parcels are only delivered with a personal signature, so we ask you to provide a delivery address where you will actually be at the time of delivery (at home or at work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a message and you will be able to arrange an alternative delivery date.
- Please note that any duties and taxes due in the delivery country are the responsibility of the customer.
So if you need a product more urgently or have a personal request, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will find a way to help you.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product is already on its way to you, you can return or exchange it within 14 days - this does not apply to custom-made items. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Once we receive the products undamaged, we will refund the amount paid or give you exchange credit (as requested by the customer).
The right to exchange or return expires if one of the following circumstances occurs:
- In case of damage, wear or modification of the product.
- For products that we have manufactured according to your wishes.
